Returns & Refunds
I really want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase at La Luna Lädeli. For this to be possible, please take the time to carefully read the following recommendations concerning our different products and our Return & Refund Policy.
If you are purchasing Goddesswear pants for the first time, I recommend you to make an appointment with me to try the different models and sizes, or to come to one of La Luna Lädeli gatherings or pop-ups. Check up regularly the News, follow La Luna Lädeli on Facebook or subscribe for the Newsletter to be informed when they happen. You will have to do this only once, and later on you can easily shop online for new colors. If you are too far to come to Zurich, please do contact me and I can advise you personally on what models and size might be better for you. This will save us both time and money!
I do my best to try to convey to you the colors of the products in the best possible way. But please be aware that colors might present variations on your own screen depending your own screen settings.
The scarfs from WomanWeave and the Love Travel Guides are 100% hand-crafted items, and as such they present variations that are not to be considered as defects.
Returns & Refunds
I will gladly issue a refund for non-defective merchandise, returned within 15 days (postmarked) from the date of receipt. Your item must be unused and undamaged in any way, and it must be in the original packaging with the original tags on.
Non-returnable items include any product bought on sale, gift cards and Love Travel Guides.
Please, follow these steps for your return:
- Complete the Return Authorization Form
- Print and enclose the approval e-mail along with the return merchandise packed securely in a well sealed box.
- Send Returns to:
8002 - Zurich
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. You can also return your item personally. You can choose this option when you fill up the Return Authorization Form and will receive further instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that your returned item is received and I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be issued in the same form of the original payment. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. We are not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
In order to minimize the hassle of having to return or exchange items purchased on this site, I personally check every item for defects and pack them so that they don't get damaged during transport. But of course, I can miss something!
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact me immediately. You must place a claim within 7 days of delivery to be issued a credit or to be reshipped replacement item(s) for damaged/defective item(s). We are not responsible of damage caused during transport.
